Yes the ARRL needs to step up. Years ago there were foot races, then after the invention of the bicycle races between them were common. After the automobile was invented they raced. No one seriously thought of foot racing (competing) against a bicycle or automobile. ARRL DXCC competition bands need sub categories. 73 Bruce-K1FZ
