Peter, can you let us know the full procedure you used? It seems you opened TBC to an existing workspace - if so, please
review http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TBS_FAQ.html#TBC3
before proceeding.
But the core problem
seems to be that the download or
unzip process was incomplete. I'd
suggest re-downloading and pointing
the workspace to an empty
folder. If that works,
switch the workspace to your
existing
workspace and follow the
aforementioned procedure.

Windows 32-bit zip-file
There is an error in the zip file for the 32-bit version
of TBC 4.3 ME. During unpacking I get messeges that two
files are password protected.
As a result my TBC looks like this:

Could you please check the file and possibly correct the
error?
