What I said was the general meaning and purpose of the .ttlx extension. This 
particular file indeed doesn't contain any SWP code, so there doesn't seem to 
be any reason for it to carry the .ttlx extension. But at least within TBS, it 
doesn't hurt either. To open the file in other tools like Protégé, you'd have 
to rename it to .ttl.
