Following arma's advice in #4486, I suggest we use the large-m2.4xlarge
topology. Its both distributed with Shadow (resource/scallion-
hosts/large-m2.4xlarge.tar.xz) and also exists in the current EC2 image
(~/workspace/large-m2.4xlarge).
