It's difficult to determine how complete it is. I think that would require
reading all past trac tickets, Firefox Patches and Tor Button source code.
I missed information about how the update check works currently and what
the plans are. Perhaps you concentrated on keeping it small, the web
fingerprint, what the state currently is, whats planed and what needs
help, which is also good.
However, I missed information about website fingerprinting (at entry
guard), quite an important topic.
What about https://www.torproject.org/torbutton/en/design/ - time to take
it offline or mark outdated?
What about #8032 "add "no dependency on Tor controller connection" to the
design"?
