There is now the updated

https://www.torproject.org/torbutton/en/design/.
Isn't there redundancy? Shouldn't the older one get merged into the newer
one and/or retired?
And if there is need to keep
https://www.torproject.org/torbutton/en/design/, is there a ticket to
update it?
