Thanks for wanting to help out with translations! We have decided to
put website translations on hold for a while, but it would be great if
you could help translate software and other types of documentation.

All of our translation projects can be found here:
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/torproject/.

To get started with Transifex, you need to sign up for an account.
Once that's done, click on the resource you wish to translate, choose
your language and click the "Translate Now" button.
