Test of Managers

I added some tests of managers and caching to DataTest. This requires a 
couple of settings in Torque.properties and project.properties to work. 
I can only test with MySQL. Now I'm not sure if I should commit the 
files for MySQL only or patch the others as well. Any ideas how to proceed?
