I'm just suggesting you to put it inside the "Advance Options" folding group, such as if I click on the little "-" next to the "Advance Options", the "Post pull operation" is also folder (so hidden) and then I can save the space for the log window. So most in of the case, you set your favorite "post pull operation" in the settings, and if you want to change it occasionnally, you can unfold the "Advance Options" and choose the post pull operation. The "use proxy server" check box could also be inside the "Advance Options" or if you want you leave it outside but put it above the "Post pull operation", next to the URL box, such as you can maximize the space you can save when you fold the "Advanced Options".
