Please don't push this, Steve :-p. But feedback is welcome. I think I'll do this in a few steps. This is step 1: ctrl (is that fine?) + arrow keys (and page up/dn) to reorder and pop/push patches.
Step 2 would presumably be menu items in the popup menu.
