Yeah ok... I find arrow up/down much more logical than +/-, since that
will actually move them in the direction of the button pressed. Push and
pop can be discussed, and I suppose left/right isn't too logical
(although not bad from a usability standing point). We have time to
change that before a release, if we come up with something better. I
also refrained from adding home/end as pop all/push all for now, since I
am not sure I like it too much. Page up/down for movement is in place.
