In order to avoid hosting tarballs from the main download page (to dissuade people from downloading and trying to install them), I've created a stub repo called 'targz' just for the separate download URL (thanks Bitbucket).
http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/targz/downloads/ Please update your package files to get the tarballs from this location. I uploaded all releases since 0.7 to that page.
