I've implemented a code signing option on thg-winbuild

http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/thg-winbuild/changeset/3030e5b691e0/

and got a free code signing certificate for open source
developers from http://www.certum.eu (see "Tips" below)

I've built and signed the following msi's with this:

tortoisehg-stable-0.9.31182-x86-682d72ff-0d7e-466e-a66a-7ee13f2a9c45.msi
tortoisehg-stable-0.9.31182-x64-682d72ff-0d7e-466e-a66a-7ee13f2a9c45.msi

and uploaded them to
http://bitbucket.org/abuehl/thg-abuehl/downloads/

Steve has requested a cert as well (hopefully he will be able to get
his cert within a day).

Details:

Instruction on how to get such a certificate are at
