I'm not in to all the python details of how py2exe works, but TortoiseHg bundles the python library "mercurial" and "hgext" - and the whole point of making a .exe for hg as well as for thg is to make an isolated python environment. The development version of THG, which will be released as 0.6 some time in the future, already uses hg 1.1.1, so I can see two options for you: a) wait until THG 0.6 is released b) install THG from sources Of course you could also downgrade your repositories to hg 1.0 Regards, Peer
