As promised, I've gone through all of the feature requests and bug reports on SourceForge and closed them all one way or another. Many were moved to Bitbucket outright, many were combined together if they were common, many were closed because they were already fixed, many were closed because the originator never responded to questions, and a few were closed because they were anonymous requests with no feedback.
If you feel I've shorted your bug, open a new one on Bitbucket.
