IMHO, the trackers that were moved should include the URL pointing to
each other. This will make it easier for users to navigate around the
history and follow the issues.

Also, some of the issues on BB that include simple line like "ID
1844721" may not be clear to users what it really means. "SF Bug
1844721" is better, but then again, a URL to original SF tracker will
be very useful.

I also feel that marking the relocated issues as "Closed" may lead to
some confusion. They aren't really closed. Just moved. Maybe another
status on SF that can better reflect the fact?
