With all of the improvements in the changelog tool in 0.9, I would like to promote it to the top menu in default. I'm wondering if we should rename it while we are at it. It's currently 'View Changelog', which doesn't give it much justice for what it can do.
Also, there are three menu items with an ellipsis, 'Commit...', 'Recover...', and 'About...'. I'm not sure what the logic was behind those three choices, but we should probably try to make the menus consistent. Any other menu gripes (beyond the known rendering issues)?
