+1
[As a side note I took me some time to discover the you probably mean
the context menu of the shell extension (obviously, I must have been
hacking too much on PyGTK stuff lately :-).]
What the name should be is another question.
Some (intentionally stupid) brainstorming:
"View Repository"
"Repository Explorer"
"TortoiseHg Explorer"
"Explore Repository"
"Open Repository"
"View Revisions"
"Explore Revisions"
"View/Sync Revisions"
"View/Sync Repository"

The logic on Windows for having three dots at the end of menu
item is that the user can know in advance if there will appear
a popup dialog asking for further details to complete and action
(entries with ...) or not (entries without ...).
The basic idea is that the entries without '...' immediately
trigger an action that is executed without prior further
confirmation from the user or just open a window with some
more information ("about", "properties").
Especially having a "TortoiseHG..." for a supermenu entry is - um -
just wrong. Let's just name it "TortoiseHg" - with a small 'g'
at the end, while we're at it.
So the '...' on 'About...' should be removed.
There is no "About" action that needs further details
to be completed. It just opens a dialog presenting more
information.
That's probably the reason why a menu entry "Properties"
doesn't have '...'. There is no action implied with
"Properties". It just opens a viewer.
"Revert" currently has no '...' but I think it should.
If I select a modified file and I choose revert from the
cmenu, the status dialog is openend. So this is a case
for "Revert...". The user knows that the revert is not
immediately executed and he has a chance to review his
decision.
Same for "Remove" . It should be "Remove...".
"Add" has not '...' which is fine.
"Commit..." is correct.
"Recovery..." is a bit strange. It just opens the
Recovery tool. Should probably just be "Recovery".
"Update to Revision" should have dots. So should probably be
"Update to Revision...", or just "Update..."
"Clone a Repository" should be "Clone a Repository..." or
just "Clone...", since you have to specify *what* to clone
in order to complete the action.
