I agree entirely, I don't care about icon overlays, I always remove the 
registry entry that starts the watch program!
 
They've never worked properly for me anyway (not THg's fault, TSVN was always 
imperfect in this dept too. This is a windows issue).
 
Keep shell integration, with some core right-click options, and I'll be happy.
