Just a side issue: I used Microsoft's TFS in my last job, and as I recall it
didn't attempt to use Explorer overlays. It had a dedicated app to show
file/folder status (or showed them via Solution Explorer in Visual Studio).
If M$ can't solve the problem of good overlay refresh, maybe it can't be done?
