Nope.  The concept is simple enough, you have two side-by-side diffs.
Either side can be an MQ patch of shelf patch or the working
directory.  You'll be able to select chunks and files and move them
from side-to-side, or delete them.

I don't believe this has changed.  I don't expect this to improve much
before 2.0, but subrepo support will probably be among the features
improved soon after.
