Maybe having the possibility to choose between the fixed colum width and
the current situation could satisfy everybody ? I asked for this
earlier,

Personally I think this is a non-issue. Cause the name of the patch is
repeated at the start of the description, you can make the width of the
rev column appropriate for the rev numbers. Unless of course you do not
show the description column.
