This may be a stupid question, i suspect i am just missing something - I have an hg repo on SourceForge, I am using MQ in tortoisehg, but I want to push my patch report, it fails with:
pushing to default-push abort: repository default-push not found! There is a .hg/patches repo in my local repo, if I specify the original repo as the default path in the .hg/patches/.hg/hgrc it tells me the repos are unrelated.
