Public bug reported: I'm using an M10 connected to an external monitor via an HDMI cable. The tablet screen goes black and acts as a trackpad.
I can hold down a finger and move it to move the mouse. I can hold down a finger, and move a second finger to scroll lists (Unity dash, switch between scopes, go through emails in Dekko). Holding down a finger and moving it, or holding down a finger and moving a second one doesn't do anything on window titlebars - both work on my Unity7 Xenial machine and move the window. Resizing is also not possible regardless what I try. This is using rc-proposed r36. ** Affects: unity8 (Ubuntu) Importance: Critical Status: Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to unity8 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1580643 Title: Impossible to move or resize windows in trackpad mode Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I'm using an M10 connected to an external monitor via an HDMI cable.
