Public bug reported:

ubuntu-ui-toolkit/stagin, r1993

I have just noticed there are Scrollbars inside ComboButton, and they're
not showing.

This is probably because of the binding on ComboButton's parent, that
makes it impossible for scrollbar to anchor properly as it is not aware
of changes of the Flickable's parent (in the current implementation).

That is just a blind guess though that needs to be verified.

** Affects: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Confirmed
