The server in the touch (currently code named as TinySC) is the same as
the full blown desktop equivalent. The only difference is it has startup
parameters that turn off features such as the web interface,
transcoding, support for older players (namely the SliMP3 and original
SB). This reduces the load on Touch and makes it feasible to have such a
setup.

So, if it can be scanned by the full SC, it should be able to be
scanned by TinySC (audio format dependant).
