The local squeezeserver is running 7.5.0 - r30464, April 1 (fooled me). I just tried a 3rd hard drive with the same error - 1TB WD Caviar Green in a CP tech enclosure. I'm using a different cable with each drive, so it's not the cable, and all the drives work fine on XP and Windows 7.
