My Touch is arriving shortly and this thread is making me nervous. A main reason for me to buy the Touch is also 24/96 and this thread shows that even playing from external USD drives directly plugged in resulted in stutters! Thus the bottleneck must be in the Touch. I myself have a gigabit seup (router DIR-655 and Qnap TS-119) so I hope not to encounter stutters!
