"Order in Process" is Logitech's way of saying that it hasn't been despatched yet. Once they have sent it, you should get an email with a UPS tracking number and a link so you can watch it make its way to you from Utrecht.
It is still showing as in stock on the UK site, but as many of us have discovered over the last six months or so, Logitech sell things despite their online shop, and not because of it. I hope you get yours soon - it is a lovely thing to look at, use, and (above all) listen to.
