Potentially, yes, absolutely. Ask John Swenson, he's experimented with this. Basically what's required is editing the ALSA configuration on Touch to tell it to use the USB DAC. John noted that if you only make a simple config change, you need to be sure to keep your DAC plugged in (unplug it and Touch probably won't send audio to any outputs). If you want plug-and-play USB DAC support, that would take more work. From the looks of that device, I'm guessing you might want plug-and-play support -- it's pretty much a fancy portable (hopefully great-sounding) headphone amp, right?
