It would take some hacking. There are pads on the board for an RF connector, you would have to solder the connector onto the board and unsolder the internal antenna. Then run a short pigtail to a case mounted standard RF connector. At one point I did figure out what the connector was, but I don't remember right now. The connector and pigtail were available from several online sources.
