It should be fairly easy to make a simple plugin that offers a "Play Album" alternative in the context menu when launched from a track.
I think you can probably also do it through a "Browse by selected" menu offered by Custom Browse but that would mean that you need to navigate an extra step. I personally feel that the current SqueezePlay interface isn't optimized for exploring your library. It works pretty good when you know what you want to listen to but it doesn't work when you want to browse and explore your library to find something that looks interesting.
