If your computer has a workgroup name other than "WORKGROUP" it will probably not let you connect. In either the windows explorer address bar or the Run box (from start) you can type:
\\<TouchIPaddress> For me that would be: \\192.168.1.102 Note those are back slashes. You can get the IP address from the settings->advanced->diagnostics menu This will work whether your computer has the same workgroup or not. You will then get a box where you have to enter the username and password.
