You are right, I have not heard this particular one, but I have built over thirty DACs with many different DAC chips, IV and output stage topologies. I have also heard many DACs that I have not built myself with even wider set of components and topologies. From all this I have a fairly good set of correlations as to what things are important and what works well together.
>From what I can see on the net and read from people that have worked with this DAC I see nothing that would indicate it would sound better than a Touch with the PS I mentioned, configured properly, especially if you bypass the output caps. Note I said there is a low probability it will sound better than the properly setup Touch. It might still be an incredibly great sounding DAC that puts a well setup Touch to shame, but I really doubt it.
