If you do a "Sync'd" stream, ALL Players get the stream of the least capable player because there is actually only one stream. So if its a true 96/24, it will be downsampled by S.o.X. if your server can handle that and the Touch gets that as well. If you are not Syncing but just playing the same 96/24 on both the Touch and SB3, then the Touch gets 96/24 and the SB3 gets downsampled S.o.X. version.
