buffering can be caused by weak wireless or not having enough cpu/ram on
what ever is running squeezebox server (sbs). You can check the wireless
by connecting a network cable router>player and setting the player to
use a wired network connection. see if that sorts it then you know you
either need to improve the wireless or use a cable permanently.

If you're running sbs on a low powered nas then the nas cpu/ram can get
overpowered. my qnap has a web page you can check the cpu/ram usage. To
help the nas you can turn off any plugins you don't need on the sbs web
gui and make sure sbs is not trying to transcode between flac and mp3 or
similar as that stresses the cpu.

set up right the qnap 119 should work, not sure of the spec of the
ready nas.
