What do your iPhones connect wirelessly to? If you don't resolve your IP conflicts, you are in for a world of pain. On each PC you have, open a command prompt (run - cmd) and type ipconfig... this will tell you how each machine is configured. Each machine needs its own unique IP address, the same subnet and the same default gateway. See below
