Hi Phil, Thanks for your basic (my level) advice above. I think we may be getting closer to pinning down what the problem might be (half the battle :-) ), but I'm not sure how I got there or how I get to where I should be - hopefully it will give you a clue. I get the first screen shot exactly as yours but when I click on Advanced Settings all I get is a totally blank page with 'Done' in the bottom LH corner - the web address in the top LH window is exactly the same as per your second screen shot but it gives me an empty page - does this give you any ideas as to what I have done wrong?
