Try hitting the refresh button on your browser, sometimes SBS Settings or Web UI do not load correctly at first without a refresh. But the other problem may be that your Control Panel is trying to connect to Settings of an SBS instance that is not currently running or not available. This is why you don't want multiple instances of SBS running at the same time. ;) Best to only have ONE SBS running on ONE computer ever.
