As an afterthought, I purchased Sam Cooke Portrait of a legend. It stated that it was 88kHz but after I d'loaded and started playing I noticed it was just 44.1kHz. I randomly picked another song, I think it was Only Sixteen, and it was also 44.1kHz. After further investigation it turns out that 3 of the files are 44 and the rest are indeed 88kHz.
