As noted earlier, the first hurdle is that Touch doesn't have cron, which is the standard *nix scheduling utility.
If one has another computer running in the house, it may be possible to use it to schedule a job that logs into the Touch and tells the Touch to go out and get the time from a time server. It's a hack, but it seems like it should work.
