Touch > Settings > Advanced > Networking > Connect to Ethernet Network
What is the WiFi signal strength on Touch? You could also temporarily try Touch closer to your WiFi router to see if that helps, just for diagnosis. Spotify type streaming is very low bandwidth (maybe 320k) and should not be much of a strain via WiFi.
