Since about two weeks, my SBT's display turns on by itself when the device itself is in "off" state. This is very annoying, esp. in the middle of the night.
It seems that the SBT is still off then, since the bar on top of the display reads "off" and I have to touch the display at least twice to turn it on. There is nothing wrong with the display and screensaver settings.
