Hi Michael, thanks for the help. Is there any 'easy' way to obtain the logs (does your support ever need those logs?) or is SSH/SCP the only way to retrieve them?
Furthermore I'm wondering if after a crash it would be useless to retrieve the logs anyway, due to this (rather old and maybe obsolete) bug report: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15082 ? There is a workaround in comment #4 but this would involve SSHing into the Touch as well.
