Ok, now select a radio stream from any menu other than Favorites. Does that station play on Touch without you seeing a "connecting to MySB" pop up? If yes, add that station as a Favorite, now see if it is correctly listed on Touch > Favorites menu. If no, and you see "connecting to MySB", then something is incorrect with your network because the Touch can play these stations/services itself.
