1. Probably best from PC.  Only a limited number of NAS units can run
sbs - choose carefully.
2. Depends on your router wifi performance - others will recommend
wired.  No problems with my old b/g router
3. 30 meg is 30 times greater than what I use - no real problems!
4. Not with 30 meg - suppose router is n protocol - so even better.

If you get the Touch - be sure to install 7.6.2 sbs - that'll save you
some grief!
