Hello: I'm getting the "Problem: can't access folder" issue once I updated to the most recent version of Software - 7.2. The files play fine either through itunes or media monkey. I had searched and some people suggested to roll back the software to version 7.1. I tried to figure this out on my own but wasn't successful - does anyone have any suggestions or a better recommendation to fix this problem - it is sooo frustrating!!!
