You can - you need to reinstall a stock firmware (via settings >
advanced > software update)

Factory reset will not resintall the old kernel as the update process
replaces the old kernel with the new one (Logitech didn't intend for
only the kernel to be updated).  I've editted the first post on this
thread to describe the need to do this to uninstall it.
