reserved is not quite the same as fixed (where one enters IP, gateway,
subnet, and DNS).  This is because even with reserved IP address, SB
players can sometimes stumble with DNS access. I don't understand the
technical aspects, but something related to decisions made by designers
about how the SB players deal with DNS that is not as flexible as some
other network devices.  Plus one can add other DNS addresses other than
the router itself (google public DNS:  8.8.8.8  or 8.8.4.4)
