I experienced the same problem as Oleg. However, after a factory re-set of the squeezebox, the installation seemed to proceed smoothly at the second attempt- except that I can no longer access the squeezebox after the daemon killing command tt -k. Neither on/off switching nor factory resets nor update re-installations seem to work. (I have started another thread on this problem).
